Jen has over 26 years of experience working at Sport & Spine. She practices Gunn IMS, and uses it to treat chronic conditions: chronic myofascial pain syndrome, headaches, temporal mandibular dysfunction (TMJ dysfunction), shoulder, knee and hip pain. She also treats pre-natal and postpartum dysfunction. She lives in Abbotsford with husband Greg Bay, their two teenage daughters. Jen likes to practice yoga, HIIT training, downhill ski, garden and you may see her out walking with her lovely labradoodle Indy.
